Due to the bespoke nature of the products, all sales are FINAL. 

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email within 7 days of receipt of the order to be eligible for the exchange.
